Ben Franklin called me and offered a 'free' plumbing inspection that includes a water heater flush, it sounded good so I accepted. Two plumbers showed up the next day and looked at my outside plumbing and then inside. One of the plumbers broke the handle off one of my valve handles under my kitchen sink causing a leak. He then told me how much it was going to cost me to fix the valve he just broke. Since it was an active leak I agreed to have it fixed. I have bad experience with this company. I was looking for new water heater but the guy try to enforce me to buy specific one that is very expensive about 8K. Never listen to me. At the end I found another company that install new one for less the $2k.
