The absolute worst. As the former staffing manager, I will tell you that Patrick and his minions are racist. He fired me wrongfully after our Christmas party, a week after giving me suite tickets to see a game. The man is always high, he would often come to our staff meetings wreaking of marijuana. Do yourself a favor a check out Planned Companies. I worked with them shortly after and they are the best in the mid-Atlantic.
