A native Marylander with a rural background, Dr. Brown had a vision: an animal hospital that was neither rural nor metropolitan. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful. They helped our Little Miss Kitty survive her cancer for four years and then they helped us say goodbye to her. They are caring compassionate friendly and very professional.
My son took his kitten here (and I had to do some pickup, etc.). The staff I met was fabulous, and the care and price has been even better. They really seem to care about their patients (and their humans). The kitten (less than 6 months old) had to have surgery twice in less than two weeks (through no fault of the vets). The outlook seemed rather bleak when she first went in -- not to mention when she needed the second surgery, but she's actually not only recovered but has gained weight! Thanks again!
The staff was very attentive, cordial, nurturing, compassionate & caring to the customers & their pets! You feel like family, after the experience with them! I would highly recommend them! We have been dealing with them for years!
They have the most well behaved "staff" I've ever experienced. Oh, and the 2-legged interns, they rock too. :)
Doctors Prowell and Fink keep me as healthy as possible. Both are wonderful vets. Highly recommend them!
I just love this place! Dr Halpern is genuine and loves my Ophie and truly has her best interest in mind. I trust her and her advise completely. She takes good care of us for sure!
We have 4 cats (3 Siamese & 1 Russian Blue) and wouldn't let anyone else except Dr. Mary Prowell treat them. She is so knowledgeable and patient w/our cats, she takes time to explain everything, give us different options and possible treatments. Our 11 y.o. male just spent 3 days there getting his gastro problems under control. Dr. Prowell called us every day w/an update. Can't say enough about her and her staff...they are all so professional and helpful and were very patient w/me calling every day to check on our 'baby'.
