Called Amber this morning with non working right hearing aid. She was able to fix it as soon as I could get there. Thanks!!😊
Amber at the Saint Augustine Beach store has been an angel. She has been so kind and understanding. We are very pleased.
Was visiting the area on vacation when the hook on my hearing aid (a different brand) cracked - I called and asked the office if they could help. They had me come in right away and they fixed it within a few minutes!
Joe explained my condition well and how hearing aids will improve each of my concerns. No high pressure sales tactics whatsoever.
Excellent service from the entire team. I was treated with respect and given helpful instructions to be able to confidently use and clean my hearing aid
