Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable
Marge and staff are wonderful. I just purchased new Serene hearing aids and was able to use the Tv streamer I had for my old hearing aids for my new hearing aids. There are Youtube videos on how to pair your hearing aids to this box so the audio goes right to your ears. I was thrilled I didn't have to purchase a new TVstreamer+. It took me a long time to pair them but I did. I love my new Serene Hearing Aids.
