Margaret did an excellent job in evaluating our hearing needs. I love my hearing aids. The staff are wonderful and helpful. I would highly recommend them.
My mom got a hearing aid here. The specialist that showed my mom how to put it in how to use it etc…. is very rude! She was always very ignorant to my mom! My mom went there several times, telling them how it kept falling out. They put different size wires and everything in it, and said it’s good now! Well it fell out while my mom was shopping, and she lost it! She went back to Beltone and that ignorant woman that doesn’t know what she’s doing said we’re not going nothing for you!!
