Friendly. Usually appointment time is honored, but my last appointment for 12:15pm was delayed because the attendent had a company meeting. I had already turned in my hearing aids for cleaning when I was told that the attendent could see me at 1:00pm. I had not been notified. Due to a conflicting appointment,I had to reschedule for week later. .
