Everyone was very nice and professional . Each step of the hearing test was explained and the results were reviews and all questions were explained thank you !
I am very pleased with the service, support i receive every time I go in. My ears are checked for any obstruction . The hearing aids are checked, cleaned and adjusted if needed. The staff is friendly and professional.
The folks at Beltone are absolutely wonderful. Mary Beth was wonderful helping me with my hearing aids. The receptionist is one of the best, certainly an asset to their company. I would recommend them to anyone.
I had an issue with hearing aid I purchased at another location. Thankfully I got ahold of Beth at the Johnstown location. She had it fixed and I was on my way in 5 minutes. Great customer service!
