I recently brought my poodle for a serious injury, and couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff was wonderful and the vets did an amazing job with the surgery. My dog has made a full recovery. Highly recommend!
The Doctors are so friendly and informative. The staff is always helpful. I like the walk in concept.
Had our dog neutered there. He got kennel cough. Took him to their emergency clinic. They gave us medication and said to keep him calm. Following morning the main clinic changed his medication. I asked for medication to keep him calm. They charged me for the medication to keep him calm and said it was not required for his condition that they caused due to their cleanliness problem. We have gone there for several years. Will not be back.
Thank u BSAC for ur sympathy card today. Made me cry. We lost 3 fur babies this year. Cats Cassie....age 20, Mittens....age 18, and doggie Pepper who was 14. They lived long lives w care from Dr. Hankins and everyone at BSAC. THANK YOU ALL!
This place is wonderful! They are so kind and loving - to us as well as our pets. And they are up-front about all costs, which is a rarity. We will never go anywhere else.

You know you have found a good Vet when you get the bill and still can’t stop raving about them. Dr. Hill & Trevor were so good today with my Rolly. So compassionate, kind & gentle with him, they put us and him at ease. Very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel like they were unnecessarily pushing unneeded services on us as has happened in the past. 5 Stars & 2 Paws up! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🐾
