The Belton Family Dental Care staff is always very friendly and professional. Care providers identify themselves, explain what will happen then perform in an exceptional and professional manner. The front desk staff explains the billing and works promptly to get your next appointment. They always call to remind you of your appointment and also if a time slot becomes available prior to your scheduled time.

Coming from a person who would avoid the dentist at all cost! My experience with Belton Family Dental Care has changed my outlook. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things and puts my anxiety with dental care at ease. Would highly recommend, Dr. Cummings to anyone, she is great!
He misdiagnosed my tooth #30 as a cavity that needed a crown. They wanted 1200.00! A second opinion I sought. There was no cavity at all! I tried to contact office manager with my problem. She never contacted me. They also refused to send entire dental records and xrays to new office. Very unprofessional. Also extra xrays were done that my insurance did not cover without my permission. I dont know what problems they are having but it is not good.

Paulette, I just reviewed the xray that was taken at the time you came in . You have new decay under your old filling. Because the existing filling is quite large it needed a crown once the old filling and decay were removed. If your 2nd opinion dentist didn't see it, then that's on them. I wish you would have just talked to me about it instead of writing such a bad review as I did nothing wrong.
Megan was very thorough and professional. She cleaned my teeth better than the last tech I had. Would strongly recommend Belton Family Dental Care and Megan!
