I went to see Dr Cummings to have dental work done. I have excellent insurance that covers my crowns at 100 %. Dr Cummings told me my dental insurance only allows for one crown per year. I contacted my insurance carrier and they said this is not true. They will cover multiple crowns at 100%. Dr Cummings told me I did not have enough insurance which I verified is not true. Dr. Florez is not only highly skilled, but also so calm and personable. He and his team put me at ease immediately. I had 2 fillings done in one visit. I recommend to everyone that wants a painless experience!
It is always good to come to the dentist here. Friendly staff in person and on the phone. The dental chairs (some) are in need of some serious TLC. Don't say they need replacement but the headrests that have been broken for some years now is problematic to patients. It makes the time spent in the chair uncomfortable and gives me a headache due to me unable to lay my head and neck straight so I end up going home with a headache I did not have prior to the visit. Please have this fixed.
Dr Cummings is top notch. She listens and gives you a heads up in things to watch for. She always presents options. I’ve went to a lot of dentists before landing in her office. Now my whole family goes to her.
The staff, all of them are friendly and timely. They explain everything properly. They make sure I understand everything.
1. The front desk staff were very personable and professional. 2. Sherrie, the assistant assignment to me, was excellent. She explained all the procedures and then asked if I understood or had any questions. Sherrie explained my dental health for the future. 3. Dr. Barruga performed my initial examination. Very professional, well qualified and kind.
I had a very good experience . Dr and his girls were caring and made me relaxed . I had no pain from my root canal and none afterwards . Would recommend to my friends.
RecommendedI've never walked into the office and not been greeted by smiles on everyones faces! The office folks are extremely helpful and accommodating. My hygienist is a delight and very thorough. Dr. Cummings, well let's just say what a hoot. Dentist visits used to rank just blow a sharp stick in the eye but no more. Everyone in the office puts your care and comfort above all else.
