Misleading. Uninformed. Ripping people off! This is about their incomplete and misleading entry form for the 4th of July Parade. Nowhere does it say or state that stallions are not welcome. Nowhere does it state or say that equines must be ridden or pulling a cart/carriage/wagon. When questioned via email and by phone to have more information and clarification on that, I am referred back to the entry form and assured by phone that there are no sex restrictions on horses.
