Very Satisified with the Service Iâve always been very pleased with the service I receive at Beltline Vision Clinic. Dr. Smith is kind, knowledgeable and professional. His staff remembers my name, calls when my glasses are ready and they always carry contemporary styles in glasses and sunglasses. This place sucks I had a very bad experiance at this place. I would never suggest anyone to this doctor's office They are not at all customer friendly. The rude women in the front office thinks she is the boss of everything and is not pleasant and efficient with customers.
gone for years I have gone to beltline vision for years and will continue to go for more and more years. The staff is so friendly and has always made me and my family feels comfortable. They remember you on a name basis and always complete my orders really fast. They make sure everything is good with my order and always remember to send me reminders to go to the eye doctor!
dr smith dr smith is a thorough doctor, but his staff up front is enough reason to choose another dr, they are rude, they don't return calls and dont' seem knowledgable about the insurance process
Excellent Service Beltline Vision Clinic is one of the best eye care clinics in the DFW area. His staff is knowledgeable & attentive, the waiting area is clean, and the location is accessible from highways 114, 183 & 121. Dr Smith is professional, personable and truly cares about his patients.I loved the variety of frames and the range of prices. If you live in the area, try him out. They also sell really cool sunglasses.
Dr Smith Dr. Smith is very good, great personality and he really takes the time to be sure everything is looking good. I have been a patient since 1992 and I drive a good distance to see him.He has hired a new man in his office that does a good job, but I agree the rest of his staff is a bit 'uninterested' and can't seem to be bothered with the public.Other than that- definitely a doctor worth having!
Beltline Vision-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The Dr. is good but he has huge BLIND spot concerning his staff. I had some observations during a recent visit:1)The office runs off schedule quite a bit.2)The front desk staff is generally rude, abrasive and very unpleasant to deal with.3)Their follow up skills are worse than horrible. If you are waiting on contacts or glasses..call them as it will be WEEKS before they get around to calling you.4)The staff doesn't like to explain charges in detail esp. if you have good vision insurance. Since 94 I have been a client of Dr Smith since '94. His treatment of me has always been accurate and professional. Some of the ladies that work there could stand a lesson in etiquette but, overall, I keep going back. I DO recommend Belt Line Vision Clinic.
Great doctor, poor service from desk I have been going to this clinic for many years simply because I like the doctor. The desk staff is rude and horrible with follow-up (placing orders, grinding replacement lenses). I don't recommend this clinic and will be seeking a new doctor when my check-up comes around in '08.
