I have to agrees with Kimberly (another reviewer) and wonder, since there have been no reviews for over 9mths, whether staff have changed or attitudes changed. No one like giving bad reviews and I am reluctant but my friend and I started going here last year and I stopped about 6months ago when I realised my long hair was being turned into a mushroom layer style after requesting layering only to the front.
