Excellent and prompt customer service. They gave us a detailed quote before the job was performed so there were no surprises. Our tree was removed within two days. Courteous and thorough. Would highly recommend!

A couple of issues. 2:00 estimated arrival time. When I contacted after that time had passed to ask what time worker would arrive, I was only told, "We're running behind,". No new time given. I texted again with same question, was told 6:00. There was more debris left than I thought should be. Stump was very small. For the $60, I thought it would take longer than 20 minutes, or that I would have NO clean up to do. I texted a thanks for their work , saying "I won't miss that thing." Message was not acknowledged. Removed small aspen trees & Jupier trees. Also trimmed another tree and did a great job. I would hire them again & recommend them to anyone.
If you only have a land line make sure they are told this more than once. I drove 60mi to meet them, but they cancelled while I was on the road.
My trees and shrubs were trimmed nicely. I would give 5 stars but decided not to only because of the amount of small clippings left for me to clean up throughout the rocks. I will use them again.
I needed a group of elm stumps removed from by my driveway. Michael & Chase were beyond amazing! I cannot rave enough about their service. They went above and beyond to remove the tree stumps & worked with my concrete contractor to make sure the roots were removed completely. If you need a tree or stump removed, Michael is your guy! Thank you so much for everything Beloved Earth.
Great company! Great employees! Removed several stumps and a few aspen trees from my property. Definitely would hire again.
