Quick service; $150 for a 20 minute job is somewhat high' however, the job was well done.
FANTASTIC
Poor communication between what I asked the representative to write up and the guy that showed up to do the work (who I thought was a homeless person when the door bell rang). One 'to-do' was " to remove a small dead tree". To me that means to remove the rotted tree so a lawn mower can roll over the spot... not leaving a stump sticking up. (And there were other things done unacceptably that I had to intervene to get somewhat corrected before he left). There was a minor mixup but I haven?t had the chance to call them about it yet. I feel confident that they will remedy the situation.
I now have a reliable arboretist.

These guys do awesome work. That means on time arrivals, completion of all work as discussed, clean up totally, and very courteous staff the whole time on our property. Hire these folks if you want great service!
