This is our first apartment, and we’ve been living at Belmont Place Apartments for 2 years. Being an older building, we do get occasional issues, but they’re always fixed quickly. The cabana is perfect for small gatherings, the swimming pool is great during summer, and manager Karen is always quick to respond and very helpful. Plus, it’s conveniently near shops and bus stops. We’re happy to call it home!

The person in the leasing office doesn’t know any basic knowledge about the schools,poor English language and rude behavior
After providing proof that I could afford 1,850.00 a month they harassed me away as a disabled veteran. I heard them complaining that I tried to hold them to 1,750.00 as advertised and that I could afford a lot more.
Tldr - my fiance and I love living here and honestly recommend it to our friends. My fiance and I have been living here since Aug 2021 (first with an additional roommate but now just us). When I was finding possible places to live, I remember coming to read the reviews here and was originally apprehensive. On paper everything sounded wonderful: affordable rent, quiet location, enough bedrooms, etc; but the reviews had me second guessing.
