Water off too much...maintenance issues not timely..board members and mgt. personnel changes often...etc.

Very quiet, parking is never an issue, friendly neighbours, clean park & pool, landscaping is also well kept
There is no parking for the visitors. There a lot people that bring their cars a leave it there for weeks. Visitors parking Building #12, 16, 17 are the worst too many cars with no stickers, almost flat tire and there is a person who specializes in Subaru cars black, white, green Subaru that they move them around. The short guy (property maintenance) that work there he works 4 hours and the other four hours he is talking to almost every single person walking around in the property area.
