Dr. Finlayson is a great dentist, however his front office staff needs either some serious training or perhaps replacement with more competent people.

I had an implant base put in January of 2025 by Dr. Finlayson. The tooth crown was place in the implant by Dr. Marshall in May. The implant base angle seemed off causing the new tooth to be set too far back from the teeth on either side. This caused problems that Dr. Marshall tried to correct with a new crown which helped some, but the tooth still feels out of alignment from the inner side of my teeth and regularly catches food in front. I can not express how amazing this place was as a whole. I can get anxiety at times, and haven't been to the dentist for quite a while. Dr. Finlayson and his assistant were the kindest people. They made me feel so comfortable and finished everything with ease. His assistant was so sweet, she hugged me at the end. It really shows the quality and compassion this place has. The two front office ladies were very nice as well, and made scheduling my two daughters afterwards simple. Thank you all for making this a peaceful experie... read more
