Maintenance team is friendly and helpful
We have been living in the Belmont since last 2 yrs. Have great experience so far. Especially maintenance people are very fast kind, responsible and experienced people. They resolve issues quickly.
This is my 3rd year living the community. My experience with management (Angel & new members) and maintenance staff stays always top notch. The service requests are taken seriously and addressed as soon as possible. Amaury & Omar takes service requests with utmost care and fix it asap. Other staffs does the same too.
Excellent maintenance, respond onetime for any services.
