This was by far our best experience buying a vehicle. We were in contact with Jason from the beginning. He was prompt at getting back to us with any questions we had. We felt he was very honest with us about the truck we were interested in. We drove 2.5 hours from Springfield, OR to look at a truck at Bellus Motors. We were not disappointed at all!!! I had a great experience buying my truck from John. He wasn't at all like your typical salesman. He was knowledgeable and didn't try to hide anything. The truck I bought had some rust on the edges of the bedsides. John points it out before I did and insisted that he keep the truck for a week after I decided to purchase it and have the rust fixed at no charge to me. John made purchasing my boyfriends truck the best experience we've ever had. His truck needed a bit of work after he purchased it, and since he purchased it before he had it looked over; but he provided a very nice loaner truck while ours was in the shop and being detailed. John held up his end of the deal by getting everything fixed and into the best condition possible. Every vehicle on his lot are very nice and all of the guys there are great to work with! We will definitely be going back when it's time for another truck!

Things happen when you buy a vehicle whether it be two days or two months . Ran into a minor issue with the truck I recently purchased from John . Maximum stress on my part with other current issues being a 2500 mile move within 6 days of truck trouble . John handled it with pure professionalism and class.
