I first went to Bellissimo in Aug 2012. In 2013, they recommend hormonal pellet inserts, of which I was not familiar and a little afraid. I researched pellet inserts, talked to my friend in England, who said it was pretty common over there. In Oct 2013, I decided to try it and I have never looked back. They have made a real difference in my life. The pellet inserts along with the supplements are wonderful.
