This company is owned by a person who doesn’t know how to treat others with respect, especially hard working delivery/truck drivers who take the time and effort to deliver to an already hard location and promptly are judged for never doing it to their standard. There is a reason no delivery/trucking company wants to touch this place with a 10 foot pole. Owner needs to learn respect and common human decency instead of acting like privileged, silver spoon, entitled princess.

Such a disappointing experience trying to return an item I purchased from them. For a “high-end” furniture store I was expecting better customer service. I will not be shopping there anymore. Edit: Since leaving this review 2 days ago they have received multiple 5-star reviews in 1 day. Suspicious since they are not open on Sundays. I would be cautious about shopping somewhere that feels the need to bury a negative review.
Thrilled to see some many positive changes in this store! The energy shift with new staff and the refreshing take on Designing intentionally is worth the visit! And the rugs!!
