This is primarily a review of the front desk personnel with whom I had to interact with twice and both persons were less than helpful. I was told by a friend of the hairdresser that I should call or physically go in to make an appointment for a specific day because it would “show as full on the website due to a malfunction but she knew this day was open and the only way to get an appt was to call or go in person.” So I went in person so see if this was true. Gina is a true artist when it comes to hair. I used to live in Delavan and now live in Colorado I come in at least once a year to have Gina do my hair
