I second the avoidance – This is the first time I have written a review like this. I would avoid this company at all costs. They do purchase homes at a low cost, but they do a craptastic job at fixing them up and making them ready for tenants. My roommate and I have been renting one of their properties for about 6-7 months now and we have not had a very pleasant experience. You get what you pay for. – I think Bellington Realty is an important company to have around. They buy distressed properties and sell them at great prices, or I think, fix some up and rent them out. We need companies that do this. Thanks Bellington, keep it up.
avoid – "We worked with Lisa Fox an employee for Michael Litz El Presidente' 4Bellington. We completed a walk-through & etc of the apt which we were eager to rent. Now comes moving day, we show up with a truck & Lisa Fox says they did not get the unit ready in time & promises me another.
