Do Not Rent From Bellington I had an apartment at 129 E Lockwood in Webster Groves 2008 to 2009. REGRETFUL DO NOT RENT OR BUY from Bellington,18 Investments Inc, or any other alias they go by. Moved in 1/3/2010. The house was not quite up to city code but I was assured everything would be taken care of as soon as possible. 11 months later and nothing. GREED! GREED! GREED! Bellington is the true face of ignorance in this country! When we moved in they lied and said they cleaned the carpets. It also took over 2 weeks to get them to mow the lawn. When some one finally came out to do it, it was up to my knees and they left piles of dead grass everywhere for me to clean up. It took 3 weeks to get some one out to fix a broken door that was not our fult and told us we would not be charged. Scumbags Renters from HELL My brother and I rented a house from Lisa Fox and Bellington. NEVER rent from either, for she is a complete B*TCH and Bellington never fixes any problems with house. Plus, the city trash and sewer bills were in Bellington's name and never sent them to us or informed us that they were due, because they were holding them so that they could later charge us interest. Don't trust this company! If you are buying from them, you may lose your house to foreclosure. If you have a lease, you may come home to find a ten-day notice to vacate posted on your door because the property has been foreclosed upon with no notice to you. Do not trust anything they tell you!
I bought a house from these people 2 1/2 yrs ago, now suddenly I receive a letter in the mail stating my home that i have been spending thousands of dollars on is no longer mine, belligton defaulted on their purchase loan and the bank is forsclosing. this is happening as we speak to hundreds of stl people. see fox 2 news, search bellington realty for the whole story.
Disaster waiting to happen – IF I could give 0 stars, I would. We have been paying our rent and we now have ten business days to vacate our rental home. Why? A Renter's Nightmare – I have rented with Bellington for two years and never had any major issues with them, with the exception of maintenance being slow. Then I got the mail today. Turns out, though I've been paying Bellington monthly to rent my house, they have not been paying the mortgage company. My rental house is being foreclosed on. Horrible – Very bad experiance renting a house from bellington realty. Buyer/renter BEWARE! No Maintenance bad record keeping. They act like they will care but they dont.They are loiaded they dont have to care. Check out all the $50K cars in the garage and back lot. They dont get those dealing fairly and caring about building maintenance. Zero Stars!
