Had outpatient surgery on Aug 3. Everyone from Dr. Ough who did my surgery to the nurses in pre-op, post-op and recovery were awsome. The care i received was outstanding. Also Dr. Heise who saw me for my post surgery appointment 2 weeks after was very good also. Very happy with how my surgery and recovery turned out. Glad my primary Dr. sent me here,
For one thing letting the mother of the child in the room. I showed up late on my childs appointment and they were not letting me in. I politely kept asking if I can go back and they said to sit down. I waited five minutes if not longer to get back there and missed most of the appointment.
Had surgery with Dr. Foster. Dr. Foster, Jenny Cumacek, the nurses at the clinic, the girls in pre-op, post-op and short stay recovery were all amazing. The care I had was wonderful. Thanks to everyone. My recovery is going great!!
Spent 6 days here, in January. Felt I got good care and all the nurses and CNA's were wonderful.
My Highlights? As a nursing Management student, I was a guest in this hospital for 6 weeks. I was a great experiance.
My wife delivered our daughter here yesterday. This was the best birthing experience we've had of all 6 of our daughters. The doctors were awesome. The nurses, awesome. Thank you Bellin Health for making this experience the best it could be!!!
Wonderful people here. Very respectful staff. Exceptionally well trained. They take great pains in describing what is going to happen each step of the way. Wonderful people and i always feel secure and confident in their recommendations and greatly value their health care support. Best medical facilities around by far.
I came in with a crohns flare and they only made me worse. The absolute worst emergency room ive ever been to and i will never go back!!!!!
Arrived for an appointment today and was told my physician was running 45 minutes late. I know they have my phone number, they ask for it every time I come in, even after I confirm online when appt is made. A simple phone call before leaving the house is a much better solution than just assuming that I can wait once here. No apologies offered, I guess I am just supposed to take it.
