Dear Bellin Health, After waiting 12 painful hours for you to get back to me about prescription (you have not gotten back to me) I've decided that you either don't care or have way to many patients to care about all their needs. Consider this a little piece of my letter yet to come. #bellinhealth
I went to Bellin for their psychiatric treatment center. It was okay, but not the best. The major things that bothered me were that I was forced into the involuntary unit, meaning I couldn't leave for at least three days, due to my insurance. Also, they have a stupid system where you can get "leveled" if you say or do something wrong. Being leveled means you can't talk to anyone and they can't talk to you. Most of the staff was nice and I loved that we got roommates. Also, the food was great.
I just started working at Bellin and I love it! The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. I can tell that all of the staff at Bellin really do care most about the patients and that they receive excellent care.
The dealings my family has had with the entire Bellin organization, but specifically their Oncology Dept, has been terrible from the doctors to the nurses. I have never witnessed such uncaring, unfeeling healthcare "professionals" in my life. I will never go to Bellin and I will advise EVERY ONE I know to avoid it like the plague.
First of all I would like to say "hats off to the 3rd shift ER staff" .... A few months ago I had excruciating back pain that I could not manage at home so I needed to visit an ER and so is Bellin because it was closest to my home.. Everything and everyone was very warm and inviting...
