I have never been treated this poorly in my life. Visited Bellin Health on Riverview Dr in Howard
everything, it is the best health care I have ever revieved.
What a great group of people! And I mean EVERYONE I met while I was there with my daughter as she had her baby. The doctors and nurses are amazing on the maternity floor, as is everyone at Generations and the High risk office. The valets, the gate keepers, the custodians, the food service... y'all know how to take care of folks. You are a blessing! Thank you all!!
My Dad was admitted to Bellin for 5 days as he was quite ill & should've died. He received excellent care not only from the doctors, nurses, cna's, but even food service & housekeeping. Every person that came into explained things in common English terms so we all could understand. It didn't matter how many questions we asked, the doctors, nurses, etc answered them all. I had appointment at Bellin clinic do you have my throat sculpt. I was turned down for the procedure because I could not afford my co-pay of $395. I am on full disability and could not afford it. Even though I could not get it done because I cannot eat because I choke when I swallow they would not waive the co-pay. Bellin clinic does not here about you they only care about the money they make.
I like most of the people that is see at Bellin. Been going there for years. I just went in to a clinic for a foot injury he looked at it and said "do you know where OSMS is, because that's where you should go they can help you there" . Well if that's how it's going to be maybe the schedulers should tell you that so your not sitting on an extra bill for a Doctorr that didn't or wasn't going to do anything. Was just contacted by Bellin Cardiology Associates about an appointment that my Dad "missed" yesterday, that we did not even know he was scheduled for. They also want to discuss putting him on blood thinners, which he is already on, and has been on for quite some time, and which they had him stop taking before he had a procedure done earlier this year!!! Very tired of this place-the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing here.
