I found my perfect stylist in Jasmine, the owner who practices true artistry in her haircuts and coloring. Everytime I go to Belli Capelli I come away so elated with my hair. Im always getting compliments on my hair and its cut is so carefree and easy to take care of. I cant say enough good things about Belli Capelli. Run (dont walk) if you want to look your best!
