Movers were mostly friendly, but due to negligence in the packing of the truck, our headboard was broken. After going back and forth with claims, I’ve yet to receive a resolution and have found no way to contact someone within the local office for assistance. Good luck speaking with someone that isn’t very obviously in a call center. Hoping someone in the local office will see this review to help make this issue right.
If I could give this company no stars, I would. My recent move with Bellhop was a nightmare from start to finish. I now understand why this company has no reviews – they simply do not resolve issues. The movers arrived on time, but the driver was a no-show until 2:13 p.m., hours after the scheduled start time. The movers used all of my packing tape and asked me for a screwdriver, which is unacceptable as they should come equipped with their own supplies.
