I appreciated the entire team's approach. They were all kind, especially Dr. Monica. I am glad I chose this practice and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist. They were very streamlined which was surprisingly nice. They got me in and finished with no hiccups.
This place has consistently degraded over the last few years. Last three years they want to keep selling me some random treatment and filling 11 cavities at once. When I said no, they negotiated me into filling 3 of them and remaining are not necessary. Then I went to a different dentist to find out I didn't have any cavities. 我是去找的一个会说中文的女性医生给我看的牙齿，感觉技术不是很娴熟，刚开始说好的价格跟后面结账的价格完全不一样，结束之后我用信用卡在前台付款了，他们说没收到又给我退回来了，之后呢又要我重新付款，又另外多收了我一百多，让人心里很不舒服，感觉被骗了一样，这是一次非常糟糕的体验，下次再也不会去这个诊所了，我打电话给前台会说中文的给我一个合理的解释，她们也没给我解释
Office staffed with people who don't even know what services the office offers. I wasted over 3 hours of total commute time only to find out the receptionist scheduled me for a service they don't do at all.
I have never had such a gentle caring Dentist than Dr. Amanda at Bellevue Overlake Dental. She made time for me to have the procedures done as she knew I needed a lot of work. If you fear dentist she's the one to go to. Also, all her assistants are so friendly and helpful. Thank you Dr. Amanda, and all your assistants.
