The only hospital I can trust in the Omaha metro.
Drs and nursing staff were fine, but the day front desk staff in the ER? They were busy eating (one tilting her head back to dump a bag chips into her mouth) and playing on their phones to pay attention to anything. Had to get their attention. Very unprofessional.
One of the worse ERs in the Omaha Area. ER Doctor on tonight is one of the worst I have ever seen in my life. And I have worked in and out of many ERs over the last 20 years
Front desk staff are the rudest bunch I've ever met. When you get in an actual room you're left for hours on end.....went on August 6th was treated like shit and that I was not worthy of their time. Gave me a cab voucher to get home as I had no other way. Went to my doctor he ran some tests. But once again August 12th I go to ER again, same rude staff at front desk. And rude a hole PA to take my case. They ran test and gave me shots mind you I've had this shit for probably 3 weeks or more. But according to PA cough syrup won... read more
