Unfortunately I can't say that about the receptionist - Traci Swensen. Her behavior toward clients at least not professional. Wonderful care! My family has gone to this dental office for over four years. Every time we go, we are greeted by Kristi Beck who is unfailingly pleasant and professional. Kristi has gone out of her way to ensure my insurance was billed properly and I've never had a single problem with our bills. Good service The nurse is nice yet seems like a little bit confused with my insurance plan. Everytime I have to pay a little bit more than I ought to pay. Though the balance is on my account, I still feel a little bit uncomfortable. But the doctor and the nurse are very nice. So I will vist them again.
