Let me start this off by saying I hate the dentist. Even with the advances in technology, efficiency, and comfort, none it does much to erase the terror burned into my memory from childhood experience. Saying that, this is the most comfortable I've ever been in a dentist chair. Doctor Im has a great vibe about him. Relaxed and confident, you can tell he loves his job. In the past 14 years I have always received very attentive dental care and service in all of Sunrise dental locations. Their staff have never showed lack of hospitality and good greetings and have been accommodating in every aspect for booking me in their schedules. I doubt I can find another office that would match Sunrise Dental especially the Bellevue downtown location. Cheers to all of their staff.
I and my whole family have been patients for years and recommend the entire team very highly! Dr. Em is very professional and seems to care deeply about the quality of his work. Jenny is a great and sensitive Hygenist and the entire front office team is just great, very organized and professional! A 10 out of ten😀

I was always scared to go to the dentist, since I started going to Dr. Im I am more comfortable. The hygienest Jenny is very good at what she's doing, and all the assistants are very good. The stuff are very nice and professional. Thank you!
