They did my kitchen floors last year, and the wood immediately started cupping, for which they tried to say it was nothing of their doing. So it's been 3 weeks now and I am still waiting on an estimate! A lady came to my house, measured, verified my email address and never heard from these guys again. I think if she didn't scribble everything on the back if a flyer loaded with other scribble she may have remembered or realized she owes me an estimate.
