DO NOT USE! I ordered flowers, then got charged for them, but never received them. Tired to contact the shop and there has been no answer. This is a scam.
DO NOT USE! Not a real flower shop. No flowers delivered and charged my account. No email return service and no phone service to call about. Also noticed other charges on my card immediately afterwards.
Ordered a bouquet on April 30 to be delivered. The recipient never received it. I contacted belles fleurs via phone and email and never received a response. Still waiting to hear back from them. Would like a refund asap since no flowers were delivered and it’s been a week now. Really disappointed with this business.

Our wedding florals were GORGEOUS!! Bonnie and Alyssa were so patient and listened to exactly what I was looking for. They customized my proposal every time I needed to make a change, and their communication was on point. I received so many compliments on the flower selections in our florals and so much of that was thanks to the ladies at Belles Fleurs.
