The staff are really great and they really listen to us!
Place has horrible therapists and I felt like no one actually listened, never sent the referral for more treatment and never called back for follow ups. Terrible place rather wish I never wasted my time at such a piss poor establishment. Also DBT there is a joke
I was in PHP. The therapist, Christine Peng, assigned to me disliked me from the start, which other patients picked up on. She never allowed me to have my graduation day either, and instead has left me at home alone in crisis with no family or friends in this country with stitches in my arm from SH. So thanks, Christine! I ended the program feeling worse than I did at the beginning. She likely has connections to an ex that gave me my PTSD and can't put personal issues aside from work. Terrible therapist.
