I've been to this Spa several times and have always had a great experience. Great massages and facials. I would definitely recommend it.
After second bad experience tried several times to reach owner, BBB tried to make contact and instead of her wanting to make situation better or prevent a customer being very disappointed, she has completely avoided situation, WOW, poor business practice! Have heard from others that they also are not shocked, not the first time she has been reported to the BBB
