Very poorly run business. Arrived at 5:30 on Friday to purchase facial products. Despite a posted closing of 6:00 their doors were locked and all lights were off. Returned Saturday morning to the downtown location because Hamburg was closed again. Waited for an hour because the only person working was the massage therapist. Once he tried to help the system wouldn't let him scan or enter the product. He tried to help me for almost 15 minutes before finally throwing in the towel and apologizing. He was embarrassed.
