I called and spoke with Jacob at about 2:57 regarding having a tire checked. He said bring it in and it may take until close to check it out but wouldn’t be an issue. I arrived at 3:03 only to be told by their manager that sorry we are to full. When I explained to him that I just spoke with Jacob his response was that they had 5 more people pull in within the last 15 minutes and he had no time.
