get good service every time
Recently had a brake job done and removed the emergency brake (apparently not all of it). Making some loud clunking noises going down the highway, trying to baby my car home - I was in Saginaw and live in Sanford out past Midland (I’m sick and having an awful day lol) 🤦🏼♀️ we thought we’d give it a try and see if Belle tire could help since they were right where is was pulled over. My college daughter went to Belle Tire for 2 tires, check of her breaks and to check a problem with the rear window. $900 later she was told 3 different things by 3 different employees and now her dad is being told they have no way of knowing which rotors are hers when he asked for them to return them to her. I believe they have know way of telling which ones are hers is because the first person who contacted her accused the original company who replaced her breaks of not putting rotors on. Good experience, they don’t take advantage of female customers by up selling or intimidating them. So in my case, they get 5 stars for that. Prices are always the same.
If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. We have been going here since we moved. My family and I thought after all these years, they would continue to do a good job on our vehicles. However, that is not the case. I took my car in for an oil change recently and I asked them if they could check the entire car over to see if there are any issues. They told me "no".
