RecommendedI can’t say enough about my service today - everyone was so accommodating, allowed me to set up a work office in their conference room so I could work while I waited. I also can’t thank them enough for first trying to repair my old tire. Many told me it wasn’t repairable so we had ordered a new one “just in case”. They repaired the old one!! Went for a tire rotation and oil change… Felix said I was “suppose” to have synthetic oil and it would cost me $74.99 for an oil change. I stated I always just get the standard oil change it’s what I’ve always gotten in the 1 1/2 years I’ve owned my car. He basically refused and said I HAD to have synthetic. Needless to say I left without an oil change and took my car down the street to valvoline who gave me the standard oil change a hell of a lot cheaper. Felix should be ash… See more

Clowns!I won’t join this circus anymore. I bought four tires that were supposed to be all new and matched! I had several deep rim scratches and a set of two WORN tires on the right side that didn’t match the two on the left. Seriously.....What kind of business is this? No one checks to see if the tires are all the SAME before given back to the owner ?? Poor management… See more

The guy Don in there told me I had several stripped lugs and they needed to be replaced. So I asked How much it would be and he said 27.49 or something for the kit but the kits only had 4 in them so I needed 5 kits so almost 150 in lugs. Come to my surprise Walmart had the exact oem ones he had but instead of 4 lugs for 27. WALMARTS EXACT SAME ONES A MILE DOWN THE ROAD WAS 20 FOR 27. What a rip off......
