Seriously, some of the best customer service I've ever had. Mark was honest, friendly, and made it easy for me to get my tires checked, and rotated. He also helped me find the right tires for my budget (we all have one). I highly recommend their business.
They went above and beyond their job. Ryan was awesome!
If you go to Belle Tire, go to THIS location! The one on 14 and Gratiot is terrible and should be closed!

Second time getting tires here. Both times were unimpressed with the lack of helpfulness. Tacked on the extras without even asking me if I wanted them. The wheel alignment is off and I turned around and went back. They told me just to drive it a few days and if it still seems off to come back. I'll be taking it to a different Belle tire to get it adjusted
They replaced back passenger side tire, when I left the check engine light was on I called the next day to tell them and was told that they did not do anything to make the light come on. I took my van to Auto Zone they put it on tester and found right rear anti-lock anti-theft was cause, I didn't tell them the work I had done. Bell Tire unplugged a connection.
They saved my butt many times
