RecommendedI called to make an appointment because I know there's always a wait. When I spoke to nick he said to bring it by whenever was convenient. They were fast and friendly! They also fixed my shield guard which just needed to be bolted, but still a nice gesture.
They are NOT up front about anything!! They'll charge you THOUSANDS of dollars saying they can fix a problem when really they KNOW they CANT!!!! Charged me $1300 total just to NOT fix the problem then tell me they referred me to another place. They never told me to go elsewhere. Instead they had me make an appointment to drop my vehicle off, then today when I go to drop if off I'm told to take it to a transmission place. I've been a customer here since the early 2000s. Back in December I had gone to another location (twice) closer to home. The service was terrible, and the wait was worse. Last Saturday, I spent 5 hours there , leaving only to find the noise was still there. I came back to this location to freindly service, only to find there were a number of loose bolts from the service previously performed. I will continue to drive out of the way to have my vehicle serviced at this location.
Took my car in at 8am when they opened and was told it’d take till 1pm to rotate and balance my tires as well patch a few slow leaks. $40 for the rotation and I was told it’s be $20 per patch! After sitting there for 3 1/2 hours my aunt called me and informed me that discount tire would patch for free. I took my car there and it was finished within an hour and a half. I was also told by Belle tire my shocks and struts were shot and it’d be $1,100 and they could replace them. Little did I know another shop could do them for $... read more
Belle tire on M59/Hall road, the guys there are awesome very friendly professional. Took my vehicle in during an extremely busy pot hole season to get a tire fixed after driving over a nail. I was told it could take up to three days to get it fixed, they got it done in a day! This is not the first time that I have had excellent service there. Thank you to the hard working guys at Bell Tire!!
As always great service. They got my brakes fixed in a timely manner and sold me only what i needed. Thanks to Todd the service rep who is always a great help.
I guess I'm needing to learn PATIENCE... I brought my truck in at 8:15a to get 3 tires fixed (nails in tires) they tell me 4 hours so I leave and call at 12:30 I am told to just come in and it'll be ready soon (it's the only time I can be dropped back off) ... it is 1:45 and I am STILL here
