I made an appointment for 1, got there 10 minutes beforehand and was told "It will be about a 2 hr wait. what the what? Than why make appt? Ended up with almost a 4 hr appt. Not right!
While the wait was a bit long (not Belle Tire fault, just a busy day), I still had great service. From Bob's amazing customer service starting on my call up there to make sure they could service what my car needed, to his checking me in and informing me of the delay reason, when my car was finally being worked on and details of the status of my car I was very satisfied. And the checkout process from Todd continued to exceed my expectations. Thanks for the outstanding service. Will definitely be a return customer.

Fast. Friendly service. Even opened 15 minutes early, for those of us who were on the way to work.
Every time I take my Ford Escape to this location they forget to put bolts back on my car. I specifically ask to make sure they place the bolts back that holds on the bottom shield underneath the car. When I called to ask if I could pick them up and I will install them myself I was told I can’t just do that because they “don’t know” what bolts fit my vehicle. Most likely because they have buckets of bolts they forget to reinstall. I would recommend another location
Trash establishment that must not have any conscience at all. Took my truck in the other day because i had a nail in my tire and they are supposed to be able to mend the tires that they sell for free. Took it in and told them i was going to be moving to montana in 2 days and asked them if they could look my car over. The folks called me 2 hours later and told me my tire was fixed but my truck needed A THOUSAND DOLLARS in unnecessary repairs. And this is not the first time they have done this to me.
