I was having a bit of a rough morning and then came to your shop to get a screw and nail out of two tires, you were very busy but got my tires patched in an hour. Then you didn't charge me! Nicest thing that happened all week and very unexpected since I was having such a difficult morning. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! I'll be back when it's time to get new tires! You never fail me!
Went into this White Lake Belle Tire to have Balance Beads taken out of my tires and black wheel stick on weights put on. I have 37s on 20 inch wheels. Went to pick up my truck and 3 out of 4 wheels were scratched. Of course I was not happy, they told me they'd replace them. They did a week later and took them 4 1/2 hrs to put the new wheels on and re-balance them. Get my truck back after waiting that long and my low tire pressure light was on. Cross threaded my cap on my tires, couldn't find the right tool to put my spare where it belongs, tried popping my hood for NO REASON (you won't find the tool there) didn't tap on the hood and guess forgot about it to have it pop open while driving back home! Won't be going back to that location either!!!

I took my car in there today to have a clunking noise coming from my tire checked out and alignment done. Well got a call they said my ball joint was loose and I needed a new control arm a strut and brakes but he said the main thing was the ball joint and control arm so I had them replace those. They call me a couple hours later to tell me my car was done but they couldn't keep it running (which I have NEVER had a problem like that with my car and it was running fine when I brought it in) they told me I needed to get my key ... read more
Belle Tire is not bad, just this store White Lake store is bad! After a horrible experience two years ago with this store I swore I would never go back to Belle Tire. But, today I went to the store on Telegraph in Waterford. Waterford knows what customer service is and they show it. Belle Tire has the best price in town and our Michigan pot holes are ripping our tires up. I would recommend Belle Tire, just not this one in White Lake. They take your money, but when you need service they made no effort to give customer service... read more
