I got serviced there for 2 new tires a month ago and jeff was extremely helpful and promo'd a all wheel alignment. They are always polite and give updates through out your wait so you don't feel like you are out of the loop.
I just want to say what wonderful service I had at the Belle tire in white lake yesterday & today.It was extremely busy and all the guys were very professional and helpful especially David! Keep up the great work �
After many years of being a customer, my last visit will be just that. I was told an hour to an hour and a half to put my snow tires on. After 2hrs I asked what was going on and I was told they had put 2 people on it and the job would be done in 15 mins. It’s now 2 hrs 40 mins and still nothing. No news isn’t good. Don’t over promise and under deliver guys. Just keep the customer happy!
