Truck just left there after spending money to have them fix and still not fixed waste of my time and money and they don’t care
I called today and spoke with Ryan and explained to him what was going on (2 tires losing air and an oil change) and that I'd need to have my car back by 1pm. He said the tires would not be a problem but the oil change may be a while. I dropped off the car, figuring I'll at least get the tires looked at, and wait across the street. As I'm walking in Walmart, not even a full hour later, Ryan is calling to tell me they got the tires fixed and did an oil change and all it cost me was the price of the oil change. Brought my van to get checked out because the rear brakes needed to be fixed. They told me good news the brake pads are worn but they are under warranty. They also told me it needed new roders and the calipers are leaking and the struts should be replaced. The total to fix would be $900. Brought van to local mechanic and they said yes the caliper needed some work but didn’t need brake pads, struts or roders. At the end of the day it cost me $88 to get fixed.
