Horrible customer service from one associate I've dealt with the past two times I went to this store. I went in, understanding that it's a busy time of the year, and asked if I could get my tires swapped out. I was basically laughed at and told no, but I could leave my car and come back later. I didn't have a ride, so I asked if I could make an appointment. Again told no - they're all booked up, they're so busy, been working 4 hours over, etc. I said ok, how long are you booked through? Wish I could give them 0 stars, always have a fu**ing attitude with me ever since I stood up for myself for my warrantied tires they'll gladly take ur money but when it comes to them helping their customers out u have to go thru hell n bak and still got nowhere. I left, Noone told me have a good day or anything, when they were bringin my car out i stepped outside the store he drove right by me and parked it in a spot. Overall just rude so done going there.
got 4 new tires yesterday, and they went out and got the tires from another location for me, that was wonderful, oil change and alignment. Great service!!!! I've always have had a good experience at Bell!

I came to replace a tire and was refused . I asked to have the spare put on the aluminum wheel and a new tire put on the spare rim and was refused . What ever happened to customer service and the customer is always right ? I didn't want to pay 113 per tire plus installation !! $ almost 600 dollars for 4 tires ? I wanted to but ONE tire for my truck I hardly ever use and they refused to sell it to me !! Morons !!! Where do you get these people ?
Came in with a screw in my tire, they removed it and no air was leaking. They found a nail in my other tire with a small leak and repaired it for free! Two thumbs up to the Belle Tire team! You have a customer for life!
