We moved in under a new manager, Stacey. We were coming from out of state and my boyfriend is in the military. Everything was painlessly easy. You 100% get your moneys worth! I couldn't be happier living here. Besides the beautiful apartments, space, location and all the amenities, the atmosphere, and staff have been absolutely amazing! Everything here has been perfect. Thank you so much Stacey for welcoming us and making our first apartment together so enjoyable!

You cant find a better deal than this in this area of wilmington. Close to carolina beach, not too far from wrightsville beach; close to local shopping and independence mall. Apartments come with 9ft ceilings, wood floors, stainless appliances, w/d, also a great pool that always seems to be at the perfect temperature, a fire pit, and mutiple barbecues. The gym has everything you need including free weights; theres also bike rental, pool table in the clubhouse, and plenty of parking. The staff are awesome!
I love living here. Gorgeous apartment, nice appliances, valet trash service, free breakfasts, hands down the nicest clubhouse of any apartment complex I've lived at--the gym and computer room are especially nice. Not to mention the awesome staff--my cat went missing the day after I moved in and they were extremely helpful in the search for her, going way above and beyond anything I would've expected---posting to various news outlets, searching the area, and when she was found (stuck underneath the cabinet) they immediately ... read more
